Too much all at once?

I am an all or nothing kind of person, in most if not everything I do.

This extends to my relationship with food. I eat healthily but I also occasionally binge on crap. This was especially true on a come down from cocaine. I have had an eating disorder in th past, which started after abuse as a child.

My question is- is it too much to try and give up eating crap/chocolate etc at the same time as giving up cocaine and alcohol?

My priority is my sobriety, but I need to lose weight- I am definitely quite overweight and it may have health consequences if I don't address it.
I am fit and exercise regularly.

But is it to much to try and do this all at once?

I found my eating habits got better as I did.

So did everyone elses who I've seen recover.

Have a little faith :)

Heck if you are fit and excercise daily that is frickdn awesome! I had a half pound of candy corn and a bowl of ice cream last night but no excercise like ever. SO YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT!!!!

Eating crisp is an option but the using is not!!!!

Keep up the good work.
