I just checked the Old Farmer's Almanac "Best Days" chart, and today is a good day to "prune to encourage growth." If you give in to your cravings today, your addiction will grow back with a vengeance.

Pruning eh? Good analogy and advice, thanks CF. No chance of a slip today, kidney stone has me glued to the chair and all narcs have been long flushed. SR is great for the venting and reality checks, among a lot of other things of course.

Yes, first go round with kidney stones. I've passed two so far. Pretty damn unpleasant but fairly short duration stuff so far, 30 minutes to 2 hours then it chills some. Flush tons of fluids. That's about the sum total of my kidney stone wisdom....
