I have 30 days today
 

Hey guys! I just wanted to check in and say that I made it to 30 days! Almost 31 now because its right before midnight where I am. :) I have a long way to go but I'm starting to feel content again. I went to a meeting tonight and was able to help a friend who is feeling really depressed. Today was a good day. :)

Fredy- my sleep is much better but I do have my nights once or twice a week where I wake up a few times durring the night or where it takes a little while to fall asleep.
