Has anyone tried this for depression? My grandma mentioned it helps to better your mood so I bought a bottle. Figured its natural supplement and maybe it will help to curb the urge to pick up a pipe when I'm feeling sorry for myself?

Even natural supplements can have their problems omnom - it's good to check with a Dr before starting any supps, especially if you're on any other meds

No other meds. Maybe just melatonin to sleep. :) thanks for the link! :)

I know a lot of people that swear by it. I'm already on Zoloft so I haven tried it. I have heard its great, though. Mimics Prozac.

I have taken it on and off for a few years. Can't say I feel all that great when taking it, but I sure notice when I don't. After a couple weeks off, I just generally have a worse attitude. Overall negative thinking.
I quit drinking recently, and that has given me the best results by far in improving my outlook and social anxiety.
Photosensitivity is a side effect for me, I work outside.

ill give it a try and see how it works.. I just know that i will tend to look to use when I feel like crap so maybe I will not feel so whoa is me if i take them for a bit. We will see :)
