How long did the total weakness last for you after detox?

I'm referring to the weakness that makes walking to the fridge a ginormous pain in the butt. (Exercise is NOT an option).

PS. I'm NOT looking for medical advice or what to do about it, just for anyone willing to share their own experience with the lack of energy and the lethargic muscles.

I was WEAK for about 3 weeks. I'm 36 days clean and I still get tired when I climb a flight of stairs. I think it gradually gets better after about three weeks, at least that is how it was for me. But it is VERY GRADUAL.

You're looking at a month before your energy returns. This depends heavily on age, physical ability, how long you used etc. But 30-40 days is a good average.
You have to understand that most of the weakness comes from both your inactivity when using and mostly your brain recovering. It takes some time for those energy creating endorphins to start pumping out again.
Right now your brain is in this in-between place where it's just starting to make it's own chemicals again. It doesn't help when your brain is exaggerating the most minor aches and pains 20 fold.
This takes time but it will happen. I know that the sucky part of the whole thing is that the first 6 weeks are the worse because your brain isn't producing all the chemicals it needs to like it was before you started. TIme flies so slow during this period too. It always does when you feel down. Ever notice that time flies when you were using?
