90 days clean :)
 

Today I successfully made it to 90 days clean from cocaine and it feels great. This is my longest period of being drug free in about 8 years.

I have seen a big difference in my physical health and my mental health is slowly improving.

I am finally getting my LIFE back :)

To anyone out there who is thinking about quitting or in the early stages, if I can make it to 90 days then you can aswell - dont give up as its defo worth the pain.

This message board has been a big help as its great to see everybody offering support to achieve a common goal.

today is 80 days no crack for me. I've been in the dumps emotionally, probably withdrawals, but, I'm beginnning to feel better. Thanks for the post.
