can you take benzos to help with PAWS?
I have been off tramadol for a little over 3 months now, I was taking it for 2 years. I have a constant skin crawling feeling that NEVER goes away and suffer from random depression. I was wondering if taking Valium every once in a while to help with the the skin crawling would postpone what ever my body is going through and make PAWS last longer, does anyone know? I tried asking me doctors, no one knows anything, so I hope you guys can help me.

I wouldn't taken any benzo unless it was prescribed for me, and only then if I had no other options and had got many second opinions.
Take a look around the threads here. Benzo addiction is bad news.
