Awhile ago I posted the first single from Paradise Lost's new album and while the video certainly was poignant, it was rather bland. They chose a rather odd song for their second single but the video is certainly more vibrant and about recovery. Look at the faces of the band members within, no more needs to be said in that regard. I'm posting it because, well, frankly, I love it -and I know how hard it can be for anyone to identify with anything pop culture throws at them sometimes, so everyone stop their emotional waterfall for a second, shutup, sit back and have a listen to some Heavy Metal veterans play a cut from their latest & greatest record:

I listen to punk sometimes, there's just not a lot of it I like. NOFX, The Offspring and No Friends are pretty much the only three I'm spinning these days.
