Da Bear has a month!
Today marks thirty days of abstinence from percocet and tramadol.
AND, (ahem), last night I slept thrrough the night with no chemical assistance (leaving the butterfly pill, which had been prescribed to help me through w/d, behind). That's a first since I put down the narcs. (No discussion...it's my world and tramadol is a narc).
You folks have no idea how much smoother you've made this part of my journey. I am here for you as well.

SO pleased for you stagebear!!! Congratulations. You have been SO supportive to others here aswell. You should feel very proud of yourself today mate.
And just in case you feel you want to celebrate your success in the hideous way I did may I direct you to my thread "I've messed up". Surely that sorry tale is enough to put you off relapse?! I would like to think it is of use to someone anyway!

(btw your world is rather scientifically correct, tram is a synthetic opiod made specifically to make the brain think its getting an opiate..)

Obviously you are an inspiration to me as my goal in life is to be a better person then I was yesterday. You are doing just that!
