3 weeks and 4 days
Its now been 3 weeks and 4 days since Ive been off the methadone. 😊 Im sleeping so much better, Ive hardly been getting any symptoms of withdrawal the last week and I can finally say with pride I AM CLEAN! 😊 I still don't have alot of energy and even walking up the stairs is an effort as I feel gravity is working 3times harder against my body but hey ..... I cant complain after everything Ive had to go through the last few years. Im over the worst of it and after 10 years of being on 1 drug or another I am experiencing a soba life for what feels like the first time and it feels amazing!!!!
Anyone going through a reduction or withdrawals hold in there and keep it up as I promise you it is totally worth it in the end 😊 |
