Today is day four! Ughhhhhhhhh! No sleep,motivation,peace,my mind is racing. My heart is pounding. It's times like this when I think back when I would say that will never be me. Please god,karma,chance whoever you've proven youre point. Help me! Definitely in a bad place mentally and physically

Idk what your withdrawing from, it's safe to talk here, I have a lot if experience with a lot of different drugs and drinking. I've also went through the withdraws of each of them. If your willing to share more, I can share my experience with you. Maybe it can help

Well it started with hydro 10s from the doctor when I was shot, I was 18 years old . I got hooked. Four years later I was buying methadone at least 40 mg a day. I met a girl who was on suboxone and I took one and found a doctor the next day. So for five years I've been on suboxone. I'm not going to sit here and bad mouth subs ,yes there just as addictive, yes the withdrawals suck,but if not for them i would still be on methadone or dead. I was just told a lie by the dr ,the doctor I went to told me there would be no withdrawal from suboxone once my body recovered from the methadone and I was taking 16 mg of subs a day. Now I'm 29 and I might take 2-3 mg a day,i skip days alot idk if that helps. To answer the question it's suboxone I'm withdrawing from. And I appreciate your response and help
