I'm curious, why didn't you guys take a few months and tapered so you didn't have to suffer through weeks of hell? You don't have to do it that way. I don't get why you wouldn't do it the easy way.

Some people have been on this stuff for a long time and have been dependent on it, and preferred to just get off as opposed to continuing the self destructive behavior.....some people do taper to very, very low doses....I consider 1mg a low dose, and that's where I jumped from.....withdrawals still happen for some people.
