Thanks guys all good information, I have read as we taper off, we get susceptible to infections and such and need to be careful especially in our mouth, I use sensodyne for my teeth already, but am glad it was mentioned here.

I had them under my tongue...kind of a burning. I would try to rotate side to side, but my docotr also said that I could tuck inside cheek and it would work also.
