Step 2 goal
Step 2 goal
I have been thinking about how long I should be lingering in a step before I move on.
I KNOW and ADMIT that I am powerless and my life is unmanageable.
I HAVE COME to believe that a power greater than me can and WILL restore my sanity.
So having meditated, journaled, and discussed the above...my goal is going to be practicing "let go and let God". I need that in my life and although I am going to move on to step 3 now...I intend to come back to step two a lot!
Does anyone else have any goals for learning in regards to step 2?

We do step one perfectly, daily.
Admitting to our inner most self is the key. For me, that nagging thought that someday I would drink again had to be tried and tried again. A breakthrough for me was finally getting to the point of knowing in my heart of hearts I can no longer drink. The battle was waged over many years and the outcome was determined.
Now, the obsession is gone and a new life - by grace is revealing itself.
The good news is we follow a few simple rules. DON'T pick up that first one and we never have to worry
The rest we do the best we are capable of and continue on our journey towards step nine and beyond.
I use the 12x12 as a guide for step work.
Highly recommend Drop The Rock for 6&7 - The "forgotten" steps.
Glad you're here with us, enjoy the journey
