How do you work the steps with your sponsee's?

Same way I worked the steps with my sponsor's directions, which is why I worked the steps at least 3 times, the third time learning the sponsor's role.

I most pass on what was passed on to me plus a lot of my own further understanding
I stick totally to the book

first of all that word does not exist in any dictionary (sponsee)
the guys I work with I do exactly what my sponsor did with me
The Book Alcoholics Anonymous Chapter 7 if we have done the work we can pass it on I have my guys read the first 103 pages after reading and they a prepared to go through with the 12 steps of the program of recovery I can guide them because I did them. After reading the first 60 pages to them and explaining each chapter it's VITAL that they are convinced of the three pertinent ideas before making a decision get honest in step 1 be willing in step 2 make a decision in step 3 then LAUNCH OUT ON A COURSE OF VIGOROUS ACTION AND STRENUOUS EFFORT TO FACE AND BE RID OF THETHINGS IN OURSELVES THAT HAD BEEN BLOCKINUS FROM THE SUNLIGHT OF THE SPIRIT do the cause and effects turnarounds fear and sex inventory immediately followed by step 5 then immediately after 5 sit quiet for and hour and review then step 6 and 7 8 is already done our fourth step becomes our 9th step reference book and our 8th step list read pages 76 thru 103 start them on amends and living steps 10, 11, 12 on a daily basis
