I need help.
My brain is a bit foggy but I feel capable and want to do my step 4.

Can you tell me the first step I have to do to start

Hey hopeful - first, have you done the first 3 steps with a sponsor? It's really important to take the steps in order - that's why they are laid out that way, and 4 is such an important one, when you are ready. The BB also lays out exactly how the inventories work - see pp65, and the entire chapter "How It Works" is critical.

That important idea aside - there are resources you can find online that have instructions - I used worksheets along the lines of these as I did my 4th with my sponsor -

I have a very specific means to help walk you thru a 4th Step thru this thread. It is a lot of work and takes a definite commitment to follow thru. If you are interested, please reply to this thread.
But 1st, as stated by 'August' in the post above, have you done Steps 1,2,3?
If not, I can walk you thru them. I also recommend going thru them again, before starting this Step 4. Please reply if interested.

I have been through the first 3 steps, whether I did step 3 as thorough as I'm suppose to I'm not sure.

Thanks I feel like with guidance I'm going to get this.
I'm really grateful to AA and the fact there is always someone willing to help out.I will take the instructions of the person who Pm'd.
I will keep you posted but going to start right away into action whether thats starting again at step 1 or what.
