Grateful RZ’s meeting traveled to him.
Grateful for time with my old friend last night. She took my kids for a while and took them swimming and then fed us all dinner. She is kind of like family but I hadn’t seen her for probably at least a couple of years. I would try to make plans but she just never could. I’m not happy for what brought us together but I’m happy I saw her and one of her kids and husband.
Grateful to be able to talk to her about being sober and how it has improved my life (she is considering it).
Grateful I reached out to a grief support group for people who have lost a loved one to substance abuse.
Grateful to get a pedicure and finally go to the doc in a box to get my wrist looked at yesterday.
Grateful to be getting good rest.
Grateful for the air I breathe.
Grateful to be here to support my family as best I can — and that they do the same for me.
Grateful for all the rest I’ve been getting, even if I still feel tired.
Grateful for you all — and the mods. I think this is about the time when we move to a new page.
