Good morning Overs.

Amongst other benefits, coffee is good for gout apparently That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

It seems as if our drive was designed to catch leaves. They were a pita until I got a garden vac thing. I still have to go out every day, the trick is not to chase the last one.

Have a good day everyone.

Andy, complete agreement on the coffee! I have one cup of high-test within minutes of getting up in the morning - it makes my day start right

Thanks to all for your support for my friend. She is a huge inspiration for me, especially in seeing how she copes. I see enough of the other sort who complain about everything. I want to be like her as I get older and older!

I hope you all had a good Monday

Morning Overs

Sass, I too hope I’m like your friend as I get older, I can tend to moan a bit sometimes!

Toots, I remember you saying last year about all the leaves when you were selling your home. So frustrating!

Andy fil gave us one of those garden vacs but didn’t seem very effective on wet leaves, or it may just have been the one we’ve got.

Off to my hospital appointment with the Immunologist later this morning. Hopefully he’ll have some news on the new injections for my asthma that he wants me to have, he referred me to another dept for them but I’ve not heard anything yet, I guess things take so much time.

We’ve to travel over the Humber Bridge to Castle Hill hospital and I keep missing something on the radio about it. I know if there’s road works or problems on the bridge it can lead to big delays. I’ll have to check on the internet for any traffic news.

Have a good my friends xx

Morning Overs

Wednesday already. Time flies by.

I went to my hospital appointment yesterday with the immunologist and he is going to chase up with respiratory why they haven’t called me in for injections. If I haven’t heard by end of October I have been instructed to ring him. Things seem to take so long.

We now have a glut of tomatoes. So many, we’ve given some away it’s a shame they don’t last too long.

The weather is miserable in my part of U.K. this morning , wet and cold. Good start to September.

Have a good Wednesday my friends xxxx

Steady, slow rain here- after one of the driest winters for a long time, it is always welcome.

You are in my thoughts Mags.
