The training I am doing is Health Coach/Life Coach/Master Coach....Mastery is the woo woo part where you get super brilliant at it...ha....it means that you have a lot of contact and support from coaches ahead of you in training and experience, ongoing, basically forever.

So today was a better day. I’ve got to stop entertaining all the crazy, untrue thoughts my head dreams up. I am certain that people don’t think about things the way I think they do. I’ve just trusted that people will do good and be true and do the right thing so many times and every single time they prove that scenario wrong. Even work. All my life I’ve thought if I work hard and show my loyalty, I’ll be an asset to them and always be appreciated. Wrong, they let me go. All I feel I’ve known has been proven false. I keep rededicating my belief in this and it just keeps getting burned every time, every aspect. Friendships, marriage, work. Big things, big.

Happy birthday Mags
Mrs T thanks everyone for the good wishes and hugs. Her platelets had fallen from 363 to 189 a fall of about half which shows why she was not able to have the third dose of the last two cycles. She is now making sure to take the steroids she is prescribed (she was told they were for something else, for which she found they did no good.) She is also eating Kiwi fruit as they are reported to boost platelet production and they taste good.
Now that she is on a 21 day cycle rather than a 28 day cycle we get next week off.
