Sober for 3 weeks

New to this forum and can’t believe I’ve been sober for 3 weeks plus no smoke as well I feel brilliant Bette than I have done in years it beats binge drinking and smoking every weekend! Hopefully it will last and life keep
Improving?

Life will VERY much improve! i still occasionally wake up with a headache and wonder what i drank last night... then i laugh pretty hard and pop some advil.

Congrats on 3 weeks Jatt. Just remind yourself each morning how good you feel sober and the days will keep coming. You don't need hope, just conviction and you're DOING it! Way to go.
