I dropped from 85 to 78kg in 6 weeks when I first stopped drinking which really surprised me. Now 10 months later I've eased up to 80kg which is annoying but feel I can drop it again quite quickly if it doesnt level. I dont eat much carbs, dairy etc and eat lots of meat, seafood and veggies.
I have developed a weakness for bowls of dried fruit, seeds and nuts which I love but do seem to add weight on if I get too carried away!
I feel once you eliminate the grog its back to normal energy in - energy out balance which controls your weight. You cant escape the physics!

Binge drinking and Binge eating junk food
Unfortunately when I binge drink, I binge on junk food, fast food, etc
I often black out and have no idea the junk I ate until the next morning when I wake up. uggggg
