Morning All
A lovely day to be alive and sober. Now then - action !! I read yesterday that sobriety is like riding a bike. At first I have to learn to ride - and I may be a bit wobbly - but after a while it becomes second nature - BUT - I need to keep moving forward !! Forward motion in recovery - just like forward motion on a bike.

I've been going through some strange moods myself, I think the non sleeping thing doesn't help right gang? seems to be a common factor and that's when we really start thinking about things the most, and sometimes not so good things.
Funny how some days everything just hits you all at once, you can't even deal with any of it, there's just to much going on, next thing you know you find yourself going right down again, and the longer you keep your frame of mind there the lower you get.....then you gotta kick yourself real hard and remind yourself how thankful you should be, the list could go on with those couldn't it? the gift of sight, hearing, being able to get up every morning and have a choice as to what we can do today....we have choices, choices choices, there's so many people who have no choices at all......now how's that for a pep talk, hahaha...gonna print that out and dangle it in front of my face all day.
One good thing today is all my family know what's been going on, I have my sister to thank for that, dang that girl still has to squeal on me even at our age (29) hehe. I don't have to hide anymore, I guess family does know when you pull away from all of them. A week or so ago I seen a few of them, the non drinking one's, and wow I got some serious hugs from them, haven't seen them in a longgg time, one of my older brothers was there, he's the first one my parents fostered, he's one of the main reasons they went into fostering children, his Dad died Christmas Eve which turned his whole family upside down, his story is so sad. He came over to me gave me a big hug and told me he knew what was going on and understood. Oh what a hug does right gang?
You gotta take care of yourselves no matter what, hey I wonder when we all leave this planet will we run into one another.....oh imagine the HUGS HUGS HUGS.

Question for no longer-so-dangerous Dan: Is there a techy wave to find out the Code for an icon? I love that laughing green face which pounds the floor. I mean, do you option-command-shift click on it or something for the code to read? I am on a mac...

There's no deadline.

I'm pictureless. I don't have any pics of myself on my hard drive and can't get this blasted web cam thingie to work. The pics remind me of the apollo space mission anyways. Oh well...at this point, I am a name without a face. This picture has a striking resemblance to me however. You could always use this one. :joke: (Kidding...don't you dare.)
