Stoic Week 2018 - 1st-7th Oct

it's a little way off yet, but I thought I'd put a link up to Stoic Week 2018 which runs 1st-7th Oct:
the week provides an opportunity to practice living according to Stoic values, which have gone on to be the basis for much of modern Cognitive Therapy & have some parallels to Buddhist thought.

I am currently reading the book, "Philosophy for Life and Other Dangerous Situations" by Jules Evans.
It was suggested by my friend, Redmayne, here on SR.
