Since Right Now podcast - Refuge Recovery
 

I listen to a recovery podcast, Since Right Now, moderated by three guys with years of sobriety among them.
In a recent podcast, they talked about visiting a Refuge Recovery meeting.
They liked the mediatation aspects and the readings.
Just thought I would get that out there.

I like the book, but no meetings around here. At one point I thought about starting one, but time... If I do it will be to help others. My own Buddhist practice has kind of replaced my "recovery" mindset.
