I looked but could not find the book in any ebook form. Kindle, Nook or whatever. Does anyone know if it is available that way?

There is no eBook format available from the publisher, even though the book has been out for over 20 years now. I'm not sure how publishers determine what to publish in eBook format, though. It does sell on Amazon for under $7 brand new, however, and even less used.
