Hi everybody! So much has changed over the past four years. This past year especially.

New home, an abundance of friends andI have become deeply involved in dog rescue. (I started with fish rescue..a story of its own).

For those of you who remember, I quit drinking the night I joined here. Of course, it was after much support and debate.

Of course life has dealt me ups and downs. Great joys and deep sorrows.

Thank you to everyone's support and to those who introduced me to AVRT.

What a great thing to do with the dog rescue, such a deserving cause.

Life does have its ups and downs but remaining sober throughout helps us deal with it!
