Worse after AA? Almost nine months sober. I entered a relationship with an unhealthy person in AA. Some days I feel like I was better off with a counselor and a strong mind. I hate saying I am an alcoholic. Is AA a cult? I am tired of feeling dumb, weak, and scared. My relationship was very abusive and I feel like it ruined my life. |
Hi Ach, the Secular Connections forum is for discussion of secular methods of recovery. It's not the place to discuss problems with AA or other 12 step programmes.
