Lightbulb For Visual Learners

I do not like reading self-help books. I am an avid reader, but it is not really one of my favorite genres.

So, for visual learners and global (non-sequential or whole-to-part) learners, here is a starting list for secular recovery sources:

1. A super cool interactive simulation about drugs and alcohol and their effects on your neurons.

2. The above video comes from the Life Ring Arcata Channel

3. Below is a on-target video from a young comedian who eloquently talks about what it is like to have depression:

"Depression is when you are sad when everything in your life is going right."

4. SMART Recovery Channe introductory video:

5. Oh, and these are great for reminders ( ):

Please add your own visual recovery resources!
