Just got my copy of "The New Cure for Substance Addiction". I know it was written some time ago. I am going to read it during the holidays and hopefully get up to speed on the whole RR thing. I've tried just about everything to control my AV with little success. I believe this method of dealing with my addiction should fit my personality. Here's to Self Recovery..I need to take control!!

Hey, I am also in B'more and reading RR again after several days beyond the poison. It's a different experience for me this time around. I'll look forward to hearing your thoughts on "controlling" your AV as you go about reading.
