Howdy, kicking the sauce and drugs in south Texas. Been going to s.o.s meetings for awhile now, and am glad I was told about this site. Even more so knowing there is like minded rational folk on here. Look forward to meeting you all.

Hi SoWoundUp, glad you found us here. There is lots of reading, and some SMART and CBT related things here in this forum if that strikes your fancy. AVRT is a specific instance of CBT and you might want to look into that too.
