Sober for Good by Anne M. Fletcher

I read this book about 10 years ago when I was struggling with alcohol, and it helped me immensely. I didn't realize just how much until I recently read it again. Love this book! I bought it for my boyfriend, who left for rehab yesterday. He couldn't take it with him because they only allow 12-step or spiritual reading materials (which I think is BS but I don't need to go into that).

I saw that she's written another book, Inside Rehab, which looks very interesting. I think I'll read it too.

I do believe rehab is the best place for my BF to be right now. As they say, I told him to "take what he needs and leave the rest". There is no "right" path to sobriety.

You would think rehabs would allow anything that may help... but I guess they only know what is best, right? LOL.
