AVRT Books Arrived
 

I just got my 3 books from Amazon: Little Book, RR Substance and Alcohol, AVRT to kill the food beast. They are downstair so may have screwed up the titles. I look forward to reading all three over Thanksgiving. Still continuing my AA program but excited to learn more about this approach and see the overlap, difference, and what I like or don't like.

Cool. I do use some AVRT techniques for my recovery too.
Don't you love it when there are some Amazon books delivered? I just love receiving books it's like early Christmas morning there is the thrill of receiving then the anticipation until we can get to them and read them LOL

Truth be told Carlotta, I love when packages arrive. Its like getting mail. I think I have an addiction for ordering packages. I think I am learning a lot about some of my compulsive behaviors.
