I did it!

I did a 5K color run (aka walk) today. I was dreading it since Fri and kept dreaming up ways to avoid it

and thinking of all the things that would go wrong! I had fun and feel great. It has been forever since I felt good- not just not bad or not stressed or just not miserable. I feel good!

Good for you, smac, you are at my envy. I believe that feeling is called living in its truest sense. I long to experience that again, myself. Not ecstatic, not overjoyed, not phenomenal...just simply good. Puts a smile on one's face.
