I have found this website extremely helpful....kind of the daddy of them all.

Since REBT involves writing down on paper the event, belief, emotion, I have run out of my forms and the printer is down.

I was introduced to RET back in the 80s after the military, through the Veteran's Admin...in dealing with PTSD....later some BPD issues....and alcoholism/addiction

I was taught and guided by professional therapists for a long time...but after a year it becomes almost natural...

I still like to write it out....the tactile connection between finger, pencil, paper, helps me keep grounded.

I do my best to share a few of the things with someone who worked in the mental health field.
