No I hear you, Non...the whole idea of "shifting" exercises freaks people out. I understand why people do it, and I understand why people don't do it.
As to shifting... I am not ready for it but, I see it as VERY useful. To me it is the equivalent of "hunting the beast down, staring it in the eyes, and saying come and get me". It is empowerment but, that's just my opinion.
