The Small Book

I've read around and through Rational Recovery a few times. Sometimes when I get some cravings I'll just lay back and read through part two of the book or just drink some coffee. It's suggested The Small Book though. I guess I'm really unsure what The Small Book covers? Is it worth picking up and does it offer a different perspective than Rational Recovery?

Any input is appreciated, I have been thinking about spending a few bucks on it on Amazon.

personally, i've found reading everything and anything relating to quitting and staying quit useful.
didn't matter if it greatly pissed me off, or if i found myself agreeing....everything that kept me engaged and looking and talking with others and thinking and exploring was ultimately a positive.
