Reading Material Suggestions

I've gone through a fair amount of the RR site and for now AVRT looks to be a good choice for me. As I result I ordered the following books:

RR, Taming the Feast Beast, and The Small Book.

They should be here Wednesday. In the meantime are there other alternatives for reading? I've gone through quite a few of the threads on here but I'm open to any suggestions any of you have.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Mark. If you are interested in AVRT, there is the long running AVRT Discussion thread. That will keep you going for a while, with over 2000 posts. Off SR, I have found that the concept of Mindfulness to be an excellent adjunct to the ideas in Rational Recovery. For material, Eckhart Tolle has a couple of books and a strong online presence. I recommend reading him.

There is also this link from SR

I agree with FreshStart - and here is a free PDF on "Mindfulness in Plain English" that I enjoyed (enjoy).
