Other than Allen Carr (don't stop drinking until you have finished this book... 7 months later...!) This is the first I have been reading.

I agree with you although I'm not procrastinating about not drinking. I just know I have a special skill to procrastinate about all things general life. I know I over think thinking... I just never knew I could calm it down before. My head sometimes feels like the Grand Prix.
