Sorry guys, I feel awful, I drank. Three days now, last night a bottle and a half of vodka, almost died.
I must be mad. I am going to re watch the dvds and re read the book. I will get it right if I learn.

Sorry you drank. No upside to that. Good to hear you want to quit. It took me some false starts too over a few years before i finally quit for good. You CAN do this, tabasco.
