I've been using AVRT just based on Web reading and SR information. I decided to order the book to see if it helps solidify my knowledge that I am truly onto something good.

Have you read the AVRT thread here? It's a great way to occupy (lots of!) time and brain power whilst waiting.

I'm on my second time through the book and it's slow-going, but that's cuz I'm mixing it up with Eckhart Toll, procrastination, and other somewhat important things like going to work. :)

My book came today -much thicker than I thought! It will be my companion at the beach this weekend. Excited!
