I have actually read a good part, but not all of it. I have been involved in Lifering since the beginning, so I am pretty familiar. Marty is a great guy. I met him several years ago and have seen him a couple of times since at Lifering conventions. I think the book is pretty much brass tacks stuff that will help with staying sober. It would be good help gaining focus and a pattern for staying sober.
