LaFemme - Glad you found your way over here! With me drinking fuelled depression and depression fuelled drinking lol. I have less 'episodes' now - but follow a pretty strict routine to ensure this.....meds, regular sleep pattern, healthy diet and exercise - the kind of stuff that comes naturally to most people!

Yup, I'm right there with you...I was depressed because I drank and I drank because I was depressed...nasty cycle, and even though I was aware of it, I couldn't break it.
