Welcome to the secular side of SC Mat.
I use SMART Tools for my addiction treatment because they make the most sense to me. I can understand that a lot of people with an addiction will need support to help them stop and stay stopped from drugging. As for me, I need to recognize that I have the ability to change my behavior. Because if I'm not the author of my behavior, well that just creepy to think I'm controlled by some spooky force.
Woooo spooky forces......LOL.

I have to apologize a lot around here... I hail from a darker side of the internet, and have been trying to restrain myself. I won't mention you know what again.

What a bunch of certified whacko's!
I leave for a week and you're all still a bunch of blithering baboons. I bet none of you has slept for more than an hour since I left.
Oh, holiday was great...feel tired from driving all day but feel like a mega-kazillion bucks for not having drunk any booze.
Please continue now with your previously scheduled giddiness

Murray, you write us back at 2:00 in the AM and wonder how WE slept? Ok, I'll try to sort that out later.

Just wanted to say hello. I have been on SR since early July (50 days sober) and have decided AA is not for me. You seem like a great group of people who think like I do (too bad for you guys HA). I look forward to reading this thread everyday...thanks for your wisdom and support!
Hi Hunt and welcome...this section can be a little quiet at times, its morecyclical then anything else but we are where all the fun people hang out;-) word of warning...we are forbidden from talking in any way, shape or form about the organization that sound like a roadside car assistance program...you camomile me if you want specifics:-)
Glad to see you here! I always like your posts and the picture of your cute little puppies:-)
