I will not drink today... because the decision was taken out of my hands, which I'm happy / thankful for, and surprised that my craving is mostly gone...
And wondering to myself if that counts as a relapse?
Since I've been doing some reading lately: Staying Sober by Merlene Miller & Terence T. Gorski mostly... along with Addiction & Recovery for Dummies (where I found a pamphlet for a church wedged between the pages, hmm) and some of the material says you don't have to have drank to relapse... and I'm pretty sure I would've drunken the wine had it still been sitting untouched in my freezer.
Though, there is other alcoholic stuff in my kitchen and I'm not tempted by any of that... so, I'm proud, but confused.

Drugging will run my mental health symptoms from manageable to bouncing off the walls. Today I choose to continue managing my life in healthy ways.
I will not drink today because I know:
1. It will not make the situation any better.
2. It will ruin what I have already accomplished.
3. I will not be able to think and I really need to be able to think!
4. I would be back at square one..don't EVER want to do that again!
