Because I love being alert and aware so as to care properly for my dogs. I wasn't a very good dog mom when drinking and I don't want to go back to being that irresponsible person. I love my dogs so much better when I'm sober.

Because I did 6 studies this weekend that I am really excited about and I am going to a paper store at lunch to find cool paper and its a beautiful day and I might work at Bryant Park for a few hours!

...because I am soooo %@*&ing happy it is Monday, and it is raining, and I have a ton of work to do, and the cat puked on my shoes, and it took an hour to find my keys. How could drinking possibly make this morning anymore special?
