Simple Kind of Life by No Doubt... someone mentioned it a ways back.... good song for me, too. Especially "Now all those simple things are simply too complicated for my life, And how'd I get so faithful to my freedom? A selfish kind of life..."
Silver Spring by Fleetwood Mac. They played it at the concert I went to tonight and I cried.
Cry Lonely, Leave Me Alone, and Sick & Tired, 17, The Years, and numerous others by Cross Canadian Ragweed
Leave and Unwell by Matchbox 20
And favorite song of all-time Drops of Jupiter by Train.

I was introduced to this song by a dear friend the year before he started abusing drugs. It is on my list of songs to listen to when I need a healthy cry. Sadly, my friend died a year ago from complications due to his abuse.
This one always makes me want to drop everything and dance.
This one just makes me smile when I need to:

The Warrior
Shootin' at the walls of heartache, bang, bang, I am the warrior
Well I am the warrior, and heart to heart you'll win..if you survive
the warrior....the warrior
That was my "theme" song for many years
