The Meeting after the Meeting - DISARM
 
Thanks everyone for the great meeting.

This week we discussed the DISARM technique. How to recognize the addictive/alcoholic voice, then ATTACK it and finally how to FOCUS on another healthy activity to get our minds off the urges.

Looking forward to more discussion
