One Year Today! Yes, today, I have been nicotine free for ONE YEAR! :e058: In fact, it's been exactly One year, 36 minutes and 0 seconds. That's 14601 cigarettes not smoked, saving $4,015.27. Life saved: 7 weeks, 1 day, 16 hours, 45 minutes. I focused on behaviors. Changing long and short term behaviors got me here. It wasn't always easy, but, it is doable. I smoked for 36 years. And I smoked, at my worst, over 3 packs a day! Cigarettes have been my longest relationship! They were always there for me. But, they weren't good for me. So, today, I'm happy to say that I am really smoke free! :ny9 :ny9 L'Chaim! (To Life!) |
