One Year Today!

Yes, today, I have been nicotine free for ONE YEAR! :e058:

In fact, it's been exactly One year, 36 minutes and 0 seconds. That's 14601 cigarettes not smoked, saving $4,015.27. Life saved: 7 weeks, 1 day, 16 hours, 45 minutes.

I focused on behaviors. Changing long and short term behaviors got me here.
It wasn't always easy, but, it is doable. I smoked for 36 years. And I smoked, at my worst, over 3 packs a day! Cigarettes have been my longest relationship! They were always there for me. But, they weren't good for me.

So, today, I'm happy to say that I am really smoke free! :ny9 :ny9

Thanks, everyone!

Here's my tips, http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...s-my-quit.html
hope they help you. One change, though. That is:
I am now One year, one day, 23 minutes and 8 seconds smoke free. That's 14640 cigarettes not smoked, saving $4,026.18. Life saved: 7 weeks, 1 day, 20 hours, 0 minutes. :approve:

Remember, you can DO this. It's all in the behaviors we choose.
And thanks so much for the support and encouragement you've given me... :e058:

Keep the quit and post before you puff!

Shalom!
