You might like the one from last year too Charley. I think it was more questioned and answer. Its on the same page just scroll down. May 2014 I think. I listened in to that one live. It was when I was just beginning to learn about craft and for whatever reason the interview clicked with me.
Just finished listening to it and I noticed they spent a lot of time explaining the need for self care. As well as having lots of patience and not to expect that change will happen immediately. I think that is very important to keep in mind. So important not to blame yourself either if you've tried some of the techniques and your loved one didn't react in the way you expected. These things take time....because you are not just changing a couple reactions you are changing the dynamic of your entire family. Oh and also I found it very interesting what they said about your loved one choosing and using a different approach or program and you want to use craft. The doctor said it doesn't matter.....it's not an issue at all!
Very insightful....thank you Blue for sharing!

Thanks Blue,
I also liked the part where it mentioned relapse.. lapses can happen when a person is embarking on any life change; be it a change in diet to lose weight, giving up nicotine, or sugar, adherence to treatment plan for newly diagnosed diabetes. All are based on changing our patterns of behavior along with a change of mindset. But its the same process of change.
