Just back yesterday afternoon. It was good to sleep in my own bed but I miss the lake, the call of the loons, and the woods. It was a great break. I paddled my canoe till my shoulder ached, did some fishing, snorkeled a bit. The food wasn't very good or plentiful but I had enough that I didn't go hungry.
each evening before bed I read from the SMART manual. I did my intake at Senior Hope and have three groups scheduled. Every week day is covered by either a group or a SMART meeting.
Saturday & sunday are free but I don't expect that to be a problem. I am extremely determined and motivated. I am feeling better than I have in so long and plan to keep it that way.
I dread August 8th but I will get through it. Actually, having no contact with my Daughter has allowed me to gain some perspective on her part in all this.
